Glencoe is a historic group of apartments and towne homes, located in the Mt. Auburn area of Cincinnati, and originally built around 1884. The unique topography of the location has led to the nickname "The Hole." The buildings were refurbished in the 1970's, and won national attention as an example of urban reclamation. However due to rising crime the complex was shut down in the 90's and remains unused today. A complete history and documentation of this building is available on my website, click here for the link.
